We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and improving the lives of our clients in the comfort of their homes. Position Type Part-Time Flexible Scheduling Various Shifts Available Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate documentation and follow client care plans Ensure client safety and well-being at all times Minimum Qualifications Current Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License All required CEUs, certifications, and credentials must be current and up to date Valid CPR and First Aid Certification High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and professionally in clients' homes Background Screening Requirements All applicants must be willing and able to successfully complete: Local Criminal Background Check Florida Level II Background Screening Employment Verification License and Credential Verification What We're Looking For Compassionate and caring individuals Dependable, punctual, and professional caregivers Team players with a positive attitude Individuals committed to providing exceptional client care Why Join Us?
