Home Health Aide

We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where your caregiving skills are valued and your contributions directly impact quality of life. •No CNA required• Responsibilities Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and dignity Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate medical documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Support medication administration following prescribed protocols while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Provide specialized care including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, hospice support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding to meet dietary needs and promote overall health Perform light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to ensure patient comfort and safety at home Qualifications Highschool diploma Certification in CPR is required Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Can Pass level 2 background Work Weekends must 30-38 hours a week Join us in delivering compassionate care that empowers individuals to live healthier, happier lives.
