This role is vital in delivering personalized care to our clients, helping them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety in their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as directed. Requirements Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient observation and safety. Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual who enjoys working with seniors.
