Monday-Friday | 2:45 PM - 5:45

Risen Savior Academy Risen Savior Academy is a growing private Christian school currently serving students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade, with plans to expand to a full K-8 program in the coming years. We are currently seeking a warm and dependable Aftercare Assistant to support our elementary after-school program.

Position Overview:

The Aftercare Assistant works alongside the Aftercare Lead Coordinator to provide attentive supervision and a nurturing experience for elementary students after regular school hours. This role supports the daily flow of the aftercare program by engaging students in activities, assisting with homework, and helping maintain the safe, Christ-centered environment that defines Risen Savior Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising and engaging students in a safe and structured environment from 2:45 PM to 5:45 PM, Monday through Friday. Support the implementation of planned activities including games, crafts, and faith-based discussions. Provide encouragement and assistance to students working on homework assignments. Help maintain a positive atmosphere that reflects the values and beliefs of our Christian faith. Communicate student needs and observations to the Lead Coordinator and staff as appropriate. Contribute to the continued growth and quality of the aftercare program as the school expands.

Qualifications:

Experience working with elementary-aged children (preferred). A personal commitment to the Christian faith and a willingness to share those beliefs with students. Dependable, patient, and enthusiastic about working in a faith-based educational setting. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and take direction from program leadership.
