Shift Hours:
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Varies +
Weekend Work:
- Every 3rd weekend +
On Call:
- No •Home Health Aide•key responsibilities: + As part of the patient care team, works under the guidance and supervision of the staff nurse in providing personal care to the patients + Follows the patient's plan of care for completion of tasks assigned to a home health aide by the registered nurse or other appropriate skilled professional + Maintains an open communication process with the patient, representative (if any), caregivers, and family + Demonstrates competency with assigned tasks + Complies with infection prevention and control policies and procedures + Reports changes in the patient's condition + Honors patient rights •
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- + CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA certification from accredited 75-hour program + Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire) + BLS (Basic Life Support)

- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- + •Preferred 1 year Home Care•_This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
