• Home Health Aide
• key responsibilities: + As part of the patient care team, works under the guidance and supervision of the staff nurse in providing personal care to the patients + Follows the patient's plan of care for completion of tasks assigned to a home health aide by the registered nurse or other appropriate skilled professional + Maintains an open communication process with the patient, representative (if any), caregivers, and family + Demonstrates competency with assigned tasks + Complies with infection prevention and control policies and procedures + Reports changes in the patient's condition + Honors patient rights •

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• + •CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA certification from accredited 75-hour program•+ •Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)•+ •BLS (Basic Life Support)•

Education:
