Full-Time, Live-In (Seasonal Relocation Required)

Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Live-In Aide & Housekeeper to support a private household across two residences throughout the year. This role combines hands-on housekeeping with attentive personal support, including medication management. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and maintains a positive, professional attitude while ensuring a well-run and comfortable home.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:

Daily cleaning and upkeep of all living areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping) Laundry and ironing, including delicate garments Bed making and linen changes Kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and organization Managing household supplies and restocking as needed Seasonal deep cleaning and organization Aide /

Care Support Duties:

Providing companionship and maintaining a calm, supportive environment Managing medications, including proper administration as directed Assisting with daily routines and reminders Coordinating appointments, vendors, and household services Running errands (groceries, pharmacy, etc.) Supporting overall household organization and efficiency

Requirements:

Prior experience as a live-in aide, caregiver, or housekeeper preferred Experience managing and administering medications required Friendly, positive, and patient demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to accept feedback professionally and implement corrections Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy Ability to travel seasonally between Michigan and Florida Valid driver's license preferred References required
