Our team of qualified Home Heakth Aides provide assistance with daily living activities, ensuring individuals can mantain their independence and comfort.

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized in-home healthcare support to patients. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their overall well-being. English/Creole.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide basic health care services such as checking vital signs and assisting with self administering medication
• Help with mobility around the house and assist with physical therapy exercises
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the patient
• Keep accurate medical documentation of patient care and progress
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

• Skills:

• Experience in vital signs monitoring and medical documentation
• Ability to provide patient care in their homes, or private residences
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
