This client needs someone who can provide supervision, companionship, transportation, and community engagement during weekday morning hours. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping individuals stay active in the community and has patience, kindness, and a genuine heart for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Morning hours: approximately 8:00/9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Approximately 20-25 hours per week

Client Support Needs:

Female client Uses the toilet independently Needs companionship, supervision, and community support Enjoys outings such as the pet store, library, boardwalk, and other community activities Needs someone dependable who can provide safe transportation and positive engagement

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and supervision Assist with daily routines and life skills Support community outings and engagement Transport client to activities and appointments Encourage independence, socialization, and community involvement Support outings such as the pet store, library, boardwalk, and other preferred activities Follow care plans and behavior strategies Maintain documentation and EVV compliance Provide patient, respectful, and person-centered support

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Proof of auto insurance if transporting clients Level II Background Screening, or ability to obtain CPR/First Aid, or willingness to obtain Dependable, professional, and able to follow directions Comfortable working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Must be available weekday mornings Must be patient, reliable, and eager to work
