We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Professional Caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. This position is ideal for caregivers who are confident working with clients living with dementia and clients who require the use of a Hoyer lift for safe transfers. We are seeking caregivers who take pride in their work, treat every client with dignity and respect, and understand the importance of consistency, patience, and compassionate care. Position Responsibilities Provide compassionate, reliable, and personalized care to clients in their homes Support clients living with dementia using patience, empathy, and appropriate dementia-care techniques Safely assist clients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and activities of daily living Operate a Hoyer lift independently and safely without requiring hands-on instruction during each transfer Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care as needed Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan Prepare meals and assist with feeding when appropriate Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care and living environment Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff Follow individualized care plans and report changes in a client's condition or needs Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times Required Qualifications Previous professional caregiving experience required Hands-on experience caring for clients with dementia Must be capable of operating a Hoyer lift independently and safely Current CPR certification Current background and fingerprint clearance through the Florida Clearinghouse and AHCA, as required by the State of Florida Must agree to a background check as part of the hiring process Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to follow care plans and company policies The Qualities We Value We are looking for caregivers who demonstrate: A great attitude A strong team-player mentality High integrity Reliability and dependability Honesty and trustworthiness Excellent communication skills Discipline and accountability Loyalty and commitment Kindness, compassion, and patience
