As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' quality of life by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for caregiving and want to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living space. Help clients with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring them safely when necessary. Monitor client health by observing changes in condition and reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel. Engage clients in activities that promote physical and mental well-being. Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals. Experience Previous experience in assisted living, caregiving, or home community care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with medication administration practices is an advantage. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting clients or objects as needed. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
