Home Health Aide (HHA) | The Winslow Residential Assisted Living The Winslow is a nurse-led, six-bed boutique assisted living community in Port St. Lucie, FL, where we believe exceptional care happens in small, personal settings. We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Home Health Aide to join our close-knit team and help our residents live with dignity, comfort, and warmth. Various shifts available — day, evening, overnight, and weekend options to fit your schedule. What you'll do: Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) Support with feeding, hygiene, and personal care Take and record vital signs and document care accurately Observe residents and assist with the self-administration of medications under nursing supervision Help keep resident living spaces clean, safe, and comfortable Offer companionship and a caring presence throughout the day What we're looking for: Active Florida HHA or CNA certification Current CPR/First Aid certification Completion of an approved Medication Administration/Assistance with Self-Administration training is preferred Prior experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred A patient, kind, and reliable nature with strong attention to detail Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening Why join us: At The Winslow, you're not a number, and neither are our residents.
