DESCRIPTION

Position Overview SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking reliable, compassionate, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our on-call caregiver team. This position is ideal for individuals with flexible daytime availability who can respond promptly to client care needs as they arise. Caregivers in this role must be prepared to accept assignments on short notice and provide exceptional care to our clients when coverage is needed. Requirements Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification Full daytime availability with on-call flexibility Ability to respond quickly to shift requests Reliable transportation Previous caregiving experience preferred Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor Important Information This is an on-call position and hours are not guaranteed. Assignments are based on client needs and caregiver availability. Candidates must meet all listed requirements to be considered for this role.
