Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Home Health Aide, where your dedication will directly enhance the quality of life for individuals in their own homes. In this vital role, you will provide personalized, respectful care to clients of all ages, supporting their health, safety, and independence. This particular position is for 6 hours weekly, current schedule is Monday and Thursdays 2-5 pm, however the patient may be flexible with schedule. Current Responsibilities of Open Position Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks including laundry and meal preparation Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery Follow all home health agency protocols Possible Responsibilities for Future Patients Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory care needs, including behavioral support and safety measures Support safe patient transfers using proper methods such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts; assist with mobility aids and equipment like wheelchairs or gait belts Qualifications Proven experience working as a Home Health Aide or in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or long-term care environments Demonstrated ability to perform patient personal care assistance with compassion and professionalism Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Join us in delivering exceptional home health services that foster independence and well-being.
