Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide, willing to drive clients, to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care to individuals with diverse needs. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver personalized support that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. Your role will involve assisting clients with daily activities, monitoring their health status, and ensuring they receive respectful, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems Provide medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to medical protocols Support clients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice support, and memory care Operate assistive devices like Hoyer lifts safely and effectively to promote client mobility and prevent injury Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed Skills Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or long-term care needs in assisted living or home health settings Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to patient care and documentation Ability to observe patient conditions closely and report changes promptly for appropriate intervention Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for accurate recordkeeping and communication Excellent caregiving skills with a focus on compassion, patience, and respect for client dignity CPR certification and training in catheter care, hospice support, dementia care, and medication administration preferred Ability to work independently or as part of a team in live-in employment or community-based settings Physical stamina to perform caregiving tasks including lifting, transferring, cleaning, cooking, and laundry duties Join us if you're passionate about providing empathetic home health services that empower individuals to live comfortably and safely at home. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
