What you may help with Care needs vary by client, but responsibilities may include: Companionship and conversation Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders Transportation, errands, and appointments Mobility assistance and fall-prevention support Dementia or memory care support Overnight supervision or safety monitoring Communicating changes in condition to the office team Who we are looking for The best fit for Retro LifeCare is someone who is: Reliable and punctual Warm, patient, and respectful Comfortable working with seniors and families Professional in appearance and communication Able to follow a care plan Observant and willing to report changes or concerns Positive, calm, and solution-oriented Proud to represent a family-owned agency Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening CPR certification Valid driver's license Current auto insurance Reliable transportation Professional, compassionate, "can-do" attitude HHA and CNA applicants are welcome, but certification is not required for all positions. Experienced caregivers, health science students, nursing students, and individuals with strong elder-care experience are encouraged to apply. Pay and schedule
