Private Duty HHA - Home Health Aide

Home Health Aide (HHA) - PRN Empath Personal Care, a part of Empath Health, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (PRN) to serve patients in Pasco County within their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver personalized, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility of PRN scheduling and the support of a trusted, mission-driven organization. This position offers Competitive Pay on a weekly basis. Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes. Support patients' comfort, dignity, and independence through individualized care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated service. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical staff. Travel within the assigned service area to deliver care as scheduled. Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes. Support patients' comfort, dignity, and independence through individualized care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated service. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical staff. CPR certification (in-house classes available if needed). Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively in English and operate a motor vehicle within the service area. Valid Florida Driver License and proof of auto insurance. Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License) or HHA Certification . CPR certification (in-house classes available if needed). Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively in English and operate a motor vehicle within the service area. Valid Florida Driver License and proof of auto insurance.
