Job Description

About Us JoyNHome Private Care Services is licensed to provide in-home care services, skilled nurse care, assisted living services, around the clock home care, personal care assistance, and companion, careers, and senior home care services. We are close neat company that cares deeply about our employee's.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Assist with dressing, transfers, light house keeping, light meal preparation, and accompany to appointments and errands.
  • Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nursing staff
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health records systems such as e
ClinicalWorks and Cerner Requirements:
  • Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program
  • Experience working with special needs populations, including behavioral health or pediatric patients
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology, including Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not required
