Position Overview :
We are seeking caring and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our dedicated team. As an HHA, you will provide essential assistance with daily activities, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. You will work closely with our team to ensure each client receives the highest quality of care in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients with mobility, transfers, and walking assistance. Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients. Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition. Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing. Provide medication reminders and assist with health monitoring. Accompany clients to medical appointments and help with errands as needed. Report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to the care team. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Qualifications :
HHA certification (or ability to obtain certification). Previous experience in home care or a related healthcare setting is preferred. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for others. Excellent communication skills and ability to follow care plans. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes.
