Job Description

Role Summary:
Provide dedicated, one-on-one support to help clients maintain independence and safety in their own homes. This role focuses on daily life assistance, companionship, and household management.
Core Responsibilities Personal Care:
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Household Support:
Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
Nutrition:
Meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking.
Transportation:
Driving clients to medical appointments and social outings.
Companionship:
Engaging in conversation and monitoring emotional well-being.
Mandatory Qualifications Certifications:
Current First Aid and CPR certification .
Health Screening:
Proof of a negative TB (Tuberculosis) test within the last year.
Transportation:
Must have reliable transportation , a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Background:
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Physical Ability:
Ability to assist with client transfers and perform light physical labor.
Uniform:
Black Scrubbs Key Skills Reliability:
Absolute punctuality is required for client safety.
Patience:
Strong interpersonal skills for working with seniors or those with disabilities.
Communication:
Clearly reporting changes in a client's condition to the family or agency.

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
