Job Description

Seeking an Experienced and mature individual to work in homes providing
Personal Care:
Bathing, Shower, Assisting with Dressing, toileting, and Transfers. Male or female with strong work ethics. Certification preferred, but not required. Prior training with the Seniors or disable population would be a plus. Must have the ability to work with family and team members effectively Can provide assistance with Meals, and ADLs as needed to clients. Capable of following the Plan of Care and documenting appropriately on records. Should possess reading and writing skills. Required to have functioning phone service for Apps. Follow Infection Control Procedures, Confidentiality, and Safety on the jo Has dependable transportation and willingness to work without multiple excuses.
