Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide care for elderly, adults with physical or cognitive disabilities, and developmental disabled clients Provide basic patient care with toileting, eating, transfers, and ambulation. Conduct client activities to encourage socialization and activity interaction Work closely with the nursing team for appropriate care plan delivery Participate in infection control measures including daily cleaning procedures Instruct and assist clients with activities and exercises scheduled for the day. Assist with serving meals to clients Communicate effectively and respectfully with management, team members, clients, and caregivers.
Qualifications:
Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid training required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred Pre-employment drug and fingerprint criminal background check required High School Graduate /
