    • Job Responsibilities
    • As a Direct Support Professional, you will: + Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting + Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) + Encourage independence and personal growth + Provide behavioral support and supervision as needed + Assist residents in developing interpersonal and adaptive living skills + Follow each individual's service plan and care goals + Promote a safe, positive, and supportive environment •Minimum Qualifications•?
    High School Diploma or GED ? At least 1 year of IDD and/or Behavioral Health experience ? Current BLS/CPR Certification (if applicable) ? Valid Driver's License ? Must be at least 18 years old ? Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently ? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
