Competitive pay Flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle Work close to home Ongoing training and professional development Paid vacation and sick time Supportive, professional team environment Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Free employee perks program with discounts from thousands of merchants Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance Perform incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance Assist bedbound clients with transfers, repositioning, skin integrity monitoring, and pressure-relief techniques Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary Provide medication reminders Complete light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks Accompany clients to appointments and community activities Document services provided and report changes in client condition Required Experience Applicants must have experience with one or more of the following: Caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, intellectual disabilities, or other special needs Working with bedbound clients requiring total care assistance Personal care and incontinence care Safe transfers and mobility assistance Hoyer lift operation Range of motion exercises Foley catheter care Dementia or Alzheimer's care (preferred) Companion care and homemaker services Minimum Requirements Current CPR and First Aid Certification Current TB Test (within 6 months) or Chest X-Ray (within 12 months) Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Current Auto Insurance Social Security Card or Proof of Authorization to Work Ability to pass a background check CNA Applicants Candidates applying as a CNA must possess a current Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
