Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Metro Atlanta team. DSPs play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing hands-on assistance, emotional support, and encouragement in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support clients with mobility, exercise, and daily routines. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support. Monitor client health and report changes or concerns promptly. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Follow individualized care plans and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in caregiving, personal support, or healthcare is a plus. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass background checks and required training. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
