Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes or residential facilities. No Experience Necessary! Will certify as a PCA in-house. Work your schedule, make some extra cash, and help home-bound patients in your community.
Basic Requirements:
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to work with diverse clientele and under varying conditions.
  • Read, Write and understand English.
  • Clear TB within 12 months and CPR/First Aide Certification ( Can help acquire )
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen and full background criminal history check. Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications and assist with daily living activities
  • Provide basic patient care and support their overall well-being
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Assist with catheter care and other medical procedures as needed
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for the patient
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Experience
  • Prior experience in home community care, senior care, or nursing home settings is preferred
  • Knowledge of medication administration and medical documentation practices
  • Familiarity with long-term care procedures
