Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, or Caregivers to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional personal care and support to individuals across various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, and home health environments. Your energy and enthusiasm will help enhance the quality of life for those you serve by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health status, and creating a warm, supportive environment. This is a paid position that offers meaningful work with opportunities for growth and development in the healthcare field. Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for any changes in health or behavior, reporting findings accurately to healthcare professionals Support medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA privacy regulations Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary plans and assist with meal consumption as needed Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light cleaning duties to promote hygiene and comfort Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's to ensure safe transfers and mobility support Document care activities and update care plans regularly to reflect each individual's evolving needs Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques and patient monitoring procedures Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Ability to perform CPR and First Aid confidently; certifications preferred but not required upon hire Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information Excellent communication skills for working effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams Physical ability for heavy lifting and assisting residents with mobility; experience using lifts such as Hoyer lift is a plus Join us in making a meaningful difference!
