Our DSPs are the link to the community for those who we serve. Whether you are taking someone fishing for the first time, taking them shopping, helping them prepare for a job interview, helping them do their own laundry, or assisting them with person care, at the end of your work day, you will know that you have made a lasting difference in someone's life. Compensation & Benefits A Direct Support Professional will make $13.50 per hour. Diversified offers benefits for both full time and part time employees. You will receive paid in-house training in Medication Administration, Basic Life Support and First Aid, MANDT, Documentation, and AAA and we will provide the opportunities and context of how to use your new skills! • High School Diploma or GED (required)
• One year of working with people with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• 18 years of age or older (required)
• Valid Georgia Driver's License and valid auto insurance in your name
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Clear Tuberculosis screening and Employee Physical
• Effective computer skills to complete electronic documentation and online training
• Team Player with a positive attitude who wants to learn, grow, and make a difference in someone's life.
