Growth opportunities Flexible working hours Lively atmosphere We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide care and support to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living activities, providing companionship, and helping them reach their goals. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with the individuals they support.
Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with daily living activities. Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals. Ensure the safety of individuals in their care. Encourage and assist individuals to participate in recreational activities. Develop and implement individualized plans of care. Assist with medication administration. Monitor individuals for changes in behavior or health status.

$13.00 - $15.50 per hour
