In this vital role, you will support individuals with disabilities by assisting with daily activities and fostering independence in their homes. Your dedication will help us uphold our mission of empowering and supporting people in healthy communities. Hours Week 1: Sunday 8A-12A Week 2: Saturday 8A-12A Starting Wage $22.00/hr. Plus years of experience and/or licensing Responsibilities Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Implement individual care plans tailored to each person's needs. Support community integration by encouraging participation in activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health standards. Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver consistent support Qualifications Compassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia.
