In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting them in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life. Your work will be crucial in fostering independence and promoting a positive living environment. Duties Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene. Implement and monitor care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Observe and document patient behavior, progress, and any changes in condition. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality of client information. Provide support in social activities and community integration. Facilitate communication between clients, families, and other care team members. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents. Requirements Experience in assisted living or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of care plans and patient observation techniques is essential. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy of client information. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a group home setting. Must be 18 or older to apply Must have a valid driver's license No experience necessary Must pass Criminal, Adult and Child Abuse, Office of Inspector background and driving record checks.
