We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Job Coach for Adults with Developmental Disabilities. This role is a unique opportunity to mentor participants in their workplaces, helping them achieve success and fulfillment in their employment. As a Job Coach, you will model appropriate workplace behavior and professional demeanor, providing encouragement and support to participants as they navigate their job tasks.
