Role:
Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as directed Meal preparation and feeding assistance, when needed Light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Complete visit documentation using our mobile care app Follow each client's individualized care plan with compassion, professionalism, and respect
Responsibilities:

Day Shift:
8:00 AM - 3:00
PM Evening Shift:
