What You'll Do As a caregiver, your responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers Offering companionship and emotional support Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping Maintaining a clean and safe home environment Using a mobile app to clock in and document care Communicating clearly with our office team Maintaining consistent attendance and professionalism Consistency is essential. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred) CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — we'll train the right person) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Reliable smartphone for care documentation Authorized to work in the United States Must pass background check and drug screening We hire for professionalism, accountability, and heart.
