Responsibilities may include:
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition Light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization Medication and appointment reminders Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities Alzheimer's and Dementia care with patience and compassion Observing changes in clients and communicating with the care team Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment while treating every client with dignity, kindness, and respect What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who have a heart for serving others.
Qualifications include:
Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude Ability to work independently while following a personalized care plan Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, DSP, HHA, personal care, hospitality, customer service, childcare, or healthcare experience is a plus—but not required. We provide paid training for the right candidates.
