Caregiver / Resident Care Assistant

Tremont Ridge Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to join our team and assist our residents with their daily tasks, along with other duties to ensure residents have a safe and enjoyable living environment. We have a full-time and part time position with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management Performs household services essential for resident care, including but not limited to: Meal prep and serving meals, dining assistance, clean up. Laundry, & Housekeeping Administers medications and treatments as delegated by RN Monitor and report changes in residents' Individual Service Plans & health status Support residents with mobility assistance and transfers Implement behaviour management techniques for clients with specific needs This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need.
