Job Description

Performs personal care as assigned. Performs household services essential to home care in the home as assigned. Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands. Reports changes in the client's condition and needs to the appropriate supervisor. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Attends in-service and continuing education programs as scheduled and necessary. Attends client care conferences as scheduled.
