In this vital role, you will provide personalized care, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents across various care settings. Your energy and attentiveness will help foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages dignity and well-being for those you serve. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to track health status Administer medications accurately following prescribed instructions and maintain detailed documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies to enhance safety and comfort Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and other mobility aids to ensure safe transfers and prevent injuries Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area Engage in social activities and provide emotional support to promote mental well-being and social interaction Skills Proven experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia care, behavioral management, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities Certification or training in first aid and CPR to respond effectively during emergencies Familiarity with medication administration protocols and vital signs monitoring Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for accurate record keeping Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members, residents, and families effectively Physical stamina to perform caregiving duties that require standing, walking, lifting (Hoyer lift), and assisting with mobility tasks Join us in creating a warm, supportive environment where every individual receives respectful, attentive care.
