Job Description:
Are you a caregiver with a heart and passion for serving others? Guardian Homecare is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping Assist with mobility and transfers Administer medication reminders Monitor and report changes in clients' health status Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate and caring nature Ability to follow care plans and work independently Valid driver's license or reliable transportation Car Insurance Current TB test and CPR certification
