For over 30 years, our homes have provided a kind, safe, and caring environment that our clients, their families, and the community have come to know, trust, and respect.

THE DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL ROLE, YOU WILL
Take pride in client-centered care and the ability to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. Develop authentic relationships with clients; fostering a family-like environment. Grow into your leadership abilities and gain trust by always doing what's right for your clients. Have fun participating in our client's favorite activities and going on outings in the community! Monitor and support client goals to promote confidence and independence. Additionally, you will support our clients by providing direct care; including assisting with personal hygiene and hands-on care. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO EASTERSEALS
Education:
High School Diploma, equivalent, or an Easterseals Reading Test.
Experience:
Paid training is provided, no experience is necessary!
Strengths:
Organized, good communication, reliable, and team-oriented!
Requirements :
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English due to the safety and health sensitive needs of our clients. EOE/M/F/VET/DISB.
