Job Description

Home Care Aide Hammond, IN From $18 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $18 an hour - Part-time, Full-time We are looking for a compassionate and caring person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking care of others that are in need, as well as the ability to read a care plan and follow directions. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living. The successful candidate may need to assist in running errands for the individual, own transportation is needed for those clients that require that, as well as reliable transportation back and forth to job location.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming. Be able to clock in and out electronically. Spanish speaking is a plus Run errands or take to medical appointments with own vehicle (car insurance)
