Personal Care Assistant - Caregiver With Existing ClientsJob Summary Loving Care Home Solutions, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants to join our team. We are especially looking for experienced caregivers who already have clients they currently provide care for and are interested in bringing those clients to our agency. Our goal is to help caregivers continue providing quality care while giving clients access to reliable services, proper support, and agency resources. Caregivers must be professional, dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing safe, respectful care. Responsibilities Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist clients with transfers and mobility using approved and safe techniques. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other approved household tasks. Provide medication reminders and assistance according to the client's service plan and applicable requirements. Observe and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs. Maintain accurate service documentation and required care records. Protect client privacy and follow HIPAA and agency confidentiality requirements. Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and the care team. Follow each client's approved service plan and agency policies. Caregivers With Existing Clients If you currently provide care for a client privately or through another arrangement and are looking for an agency to work with, we want to hear from you! Loving Care Home Solutions, LLC welcomes experienced caregivers who have clients who may need services through our agency. Client eligibility, payer requirements, service authorization, and agency enrollment requirements must be verified before services begin. Qualifications Previous caregiving, personal care, home care, assisted living, or related experience preferred. Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required based on position and applicable requirements. Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to safely perform required caregiving duties. Must be willing to complete required agency onboarding, background checks, training, and documentation.
