Job Description

As a DSP, you assist the people we serve with meeting their daily needs. You have the opportunity to share in their success and support them through their struggles, while building lasting relationships.
Start wage:
$16.00 per hour plus $1 to $2 per hour shift differential for hours worked in residential. Shift differential dependent upon location. Raise after three months. DSP receive a $1000 bonus for completing required training sessions within first year and may be eligible for retention bonuses through their second year of employment. WEEKDAY Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., 10 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., 10 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., 15 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., 15 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., 20 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., 25 hours per week. Friday at 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., alternating weeks. WEEKEND Friday at 3:30 p.m. to Saturday at 6:15 p.m., 18.75 hours per alternating weekend. Overnight stay required. Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Saturday at 6:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., 18.75 hours per alternating weekend. Friday at 3:30 p.m. to Saturday at 9:00 p.m., 21.5 hours per alternating weekend. Overnight stay required.
Overnight Awake:
Friday and Saturday, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., 16 hours per week. Saturday at 5:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday at 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., 18.75 hours per alternating weekend. Saturday and Sunday, 15-30 hours per alternating weekend. Hours depend on location. Saturday and Sunday, 9-10 hours per weekend, every weekend. Hours vary based on location. Saturday at 5:45 p.m. to Sunday at 8:30 p.m., 18.75 hours per alternating weekend. Overnight stay required. Saturday at 9:00 a.m. to Sunday at 8:30 p.m., alternating weekend. Overnight stay required. Sunday at 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., alternating weekends. Sunday at 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., every weekend.
