Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and team members regarding shift needs, client concerns, and operational issues. Provide support and guidance during shifts as directed and assist in triaging situations or escalating concerns to management when needed. Maintain professional boundaries and treat individuals served with dignity, respect, and person-centered care. Attend required training, meetings, and certifications as scheduled. Scheduling and Availability Expectations Must be willing and able to work varying shifts, locations, days of the week, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility and reliability are essential functions of this role. Refusal of assigned shifts may impact continued eligibility for the Lead DSP position.
