Personal Assistant for Young Adult with Special Needs - Henderson, KY Hourly rate is $22.00 Approximately Part time/ Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability We are seeking a kind, dependable, and compassionate individual to provide personal assistance services for a female in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidate is patient, enjoys being active in the community, loves being around dogs, as well as a good leader and enjoys movies and crafts.Job Responsibilities Include:
- Hands-on assistance with daily routines
- Morning and evening support as needed
- Observing, reminding, guiding, and encouraging during daily activities
- Encouraging independence while maintaining a safe, positive environment
- Enjoying and interacting with family dogs as part of the home environment
Requirements:
- Must be dependable, caring, and patient
- CAN/Female preferred
- Must love dogs and be comfortable around them
- Willingness to assist with all personal care tasks (training provided)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Annual TB screening
- Background check
