Minimum Requirements :

Preferred Experience Preferred 1 year experience in direct caregiving role Details About the Job Del Maria Community home is a facility that supports the long term care needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Direct Support Professional position is vital to safety, happiness, and wellbeing of our clients. The support level required will be based on each client's individual needs. In this role you will provide assistance with basic daily care needs such as bathing, toileting, feeding, dressing, active treatment, and socializing would be delivered by you as a part of your regular job duties. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position . Typical work week is 37.5 hours with some opportunity for overtime. Weekend work is required. Employee will work a rotating schedule as needed to provide direct support and supervision of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As this is a residential setting, employees are assigned shifts. Employee must be able to flex hours and must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed.
