We are currently seeking reliable and caring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides non-medical in-home support to clients requiring assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). This role plays a vital part in enhancing clients' quality of life while ensuring safety, comfort, and respectful care. As a PCA, your duties may include: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Toileting and incontinence care Mobility assistance and safe transfers Hoyer lift assistance (if trained) Meal preparation and feeding support Light housekeeping related to client care Medication reminders (as permitted) Supporting client goals and independence Assisting with community outings and appointments Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition Maintaining accurate documentation Qualifications PCA certification (preferred where applicable) Experience in home care, long-term care, or similar setting CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Current TB screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
