Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with cooking, budgeting, personal care, and daily living activities Administer or supervise medications following MAP guidelines Follow individualized treatment plans and behavioral strategies Transport residents to appointments and community activities Encourage healthy coping skills, socialization, and independence Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Prior experience in direct care, residential, or human services preferred Current MAP certification or willingness to complete paid training within three months Basic computer skills for documentation Ability to assist with mobility and daily activities Compassionate, dependable, respectful, and patient attitude
