CHC:
Assist clients in all activities of daily living and personal care such as, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and personal laundry. Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping. Observe client's general condition, record vital signs, and report changes promptly to the assigned nurse. Prepare clinical notes and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner according to agency policy and procedure.
What qualifications are required:
HHA or CNA certification 1 year of caregiving experience assisting with activities of daily living CPR/First Aid (preferred) Apply today and see how we can work together!
