SHIFTS:
3rd shift (overnight)
JOB DESCRIPTION / SUMMARY
Provide hands-on personal care and home support to clients in their residences. Responsibilities focus on promoting client comfort, safety, and independence through daily living assistance, light household tasks, basic clinical monitoring, and companionship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance
  • Light housekeeping: meal prep, laundry, general tidying
  • Clinical monitoring: record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature), medication reminders
  • Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement
  • Communicate with supervisors and family/providers about client needs and observations
  • Follow care plans and company safety/procedural guidelines
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid HHA or CNA certification required
  • Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (geriatric experience preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide TB test proof
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver?
s license (Class D) required for travel between client homes
